colors and varieties are excellent. I still haven't found my perfect size yet, although I've kept the shirts. I had to go up a size in arm length from my normal size. The shoulders are pretty snug.

I really liked the shirts, but one of them had no holes in the left cuff for cufflinks. I sent the shirt back, requesting that the holes be made and the shirt returned. I haven't not heard anything

I’m extremely sorry for the condition of the shirt. We try hard to quality check as many of our products as possible, but very occasionally a faulty item slips into stock. Please don’t think that we have ignored you, we simply have not received the shirt back yet as it can take up to 14 working days for parcels to reach us from the US. However, I have already arranged for a replacement to be thoroughly checked and sent to you as a priority while we wait. Again, I’m very sorry for the disappointment caused and I’d urge you to not let this experience keep you from doing further business with us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Happy with the arrival and delivery of the items. The shirts fit well and were nice material. We have not got them back from the dry cleaners yet to comment on the satisfaction after being dry clean

Happy with the arrival and delivery of the items. The shirts fit well and were nice material. We have not got them back from the dry cleaners yet to comment on the satisfaction after being dry cleaned but are anticipating a nice, crisp-looking shirt. First time shopper who will very likely order again soon.
