Hi Sam, I have left a couple of voice messages for you as we take your feedback very seriously and are keen to get the issues you have reported rectified as soon as possible. The email we sent you in response to your email yesterday was that we have arranged for our installation specialist to come to your house with a full replacement bed so that he can inspect the build that you have done and fix or replace anything that is not perfect. We totally recognise the urgency to get this done for you hence why we have been trying to get hold of you throughout the day to arrange the visit. If you could please call us back we can get this arranged for you as early as this Friday (today is Wednesday) or when suits you best. We hope to hear from you.
