We are truly saddened to receive your feedback. Upon investigation, we can see that your order was delivered on 17th October and we have not received any prior contact to advise of any issues. We state within our terms and conditions that any faults, missing parts or damages must be reported within 72 hours and installation should not be attempted if any issues are present. The bed purchased was advertised as a seconds clearance item, sold at a substantially discounted price. The description stated that there would be minor imperfections with a possible necessity for a level of DIY however, we would not expect for the item to have structural faults. We will always do our best to assist customers with any issues they may encounter when shopping with us and had the team been contacted, they would have been happy to assist you. We will be in touch with you today to discuss this further.

We are saddened to see your review. As part of our terms and conditions, we kindly advise our customers to inspect their delivered goods within 72 hours and promptly report any damages/missing parts within this timeframe, this also includes not assembling the goods as this can significantly impact the resolution process. Our terms and conditions are designed to protect both you as the customer and us as the retailer. Upon contacting us after your delivery, you confirmed that the item had been fully assembled. After receiving the images, a member of our Customer Service Team reached out to you directly confirming that Cuckooland are more than happy to offer you a gesture of good will for the goods received, this was declined and Cuckooland therefore supplied you with replacement parts which you were happy with. The team member then followed up with you after the delivery of the replacement and an email received from you stated that this had been resolved. We have not received any further contact since.
