We are truly saddened to receive your feedback. Upon investigation, we can see that your order was delivered on 17th October and we have not received any prior contact to advise of any issues. We state within our terms and conditions that any faults, missing parts or damages must be reported within 72 hours and installation should not be attempted if any issues are present. The bed purchased was advertised as a seconds clearance item, sold at a substantially discounted price. The description stated that there would be minor imperfections with a possible necessity for a level of DIY however, we would not expect for the item to have structural faults.
