We are saddened to see your review. We of course never wish for our customers to receive damaged goods and work hard to resolve any issues that our customers may face as soon as possible.. As part of our terms and conditions, we kindly advise our customers to inspect their delivered goods within 72 hours and promptly report any damages or missing parts within this timeframe, as this can significantly impact the resolution process. Our terms and conditions are designed to protect both you as the customer and us as the retailer. Your our order was delivered on October 6, 2023, and the issue was brought to our attention on October 20, 2023. After your phone call, a member of our Customer Service Team reached out to you directly confirming that Cuckooland are more than happy to supply you with replacement parts and do require images of the damage and the part numbers from the instruction manual to ensure that these can be raised with the factory. We are yet to receive this information from you. Please do be assured that once we have received this, the replacements will be raised to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible. We hope to hear from you soon to resolve this.

Your order had a 2-3 week lead time for delivery and upon review, I can see that this was slightly delayed by a few days however a member of our customer service team did keep you updated for the delay. Upon investigation, I can see that you have ordered the correct size. This suggests that you may have unfortunately received a defective mattress. Since then, a member of the team has reached out to you directly and raised a replacement mattress which has now been delivered. We would really appreciate if you could now update your review with feedback of the new mattress to help our customers make an informed purchase decision.
