We appreciate your feedback and we are truly sorry for any disappointment and frustration caused during your experience. Upon investigation, we can see that your delivery planned for Friday failed due to the driver running out of legal driving time. We can also see that you have been in touch with the carrier team directly over the weekend and your order was escalated to management level. We hope to be able to work with you on turning this around now that we have returned to the office after the bank holiday weekend.

We appreciate your feedback and can see that a member of the team has been working with you on a resolution. Within our terms and conditions we state that upon receipt of your order you need to fully check all parts and do not attempt installation if damages are visible. If damages are present, you are required to report them to us within 72 hours either by raising a service request through your account or via email. Sadly, with both of your orders, installation was completed before the team were made aware of any issues. Regardless of this, we have worked hard to assist you and come to a positive outcome. We never wish for our customers to be left feeling disappointed or unhappy and would love to hear back from you in response to our last contact.
