Firstly, we would like to pass on our sincere apologies again that your order arrived with you in less then perfect condition. We completely understand the disappointment this has caused and our first port of call is always to offer our customers either replacement parts or if required, a full replacement product to resolve an issue. We understand that you would like to proceed with a refund instead and have been in contact to provide the details for collection. Due to the size of the item in question, it is outside of the Royal Mail Returns Specification so this isn't an option on this occasion. As you have stated that you cannot be available within the timeframes that the collection service takes place - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - we have enquired as to whether you would like to either donate the product to charity or alternatively, dispose of it. We have not denied your refund request at any opportunity and will continue to support you with a final resolution.
