As regards the additional notes: we do realise that the radical CV writing methods we use are different to those used at other companies, and that not everyone immediately sees the benefit of a CV that has been written from a sales and marketing prospective rather than the standard passive and documentary manner.
The notes document we wrote for you gave us an opportunity to explain things and give an insight into the rational and real logic behind what we do, and why we do it. As you can see, nothing we do is by fluke, and a lot of research, method and meticulous attention to detail goes into each and every one of our professional CVs.
