I would give an excellent rating, but one of the items I ordered was incorrectly despatched. However, as soon as I notified Dawkes, they immediately rectified the problem and sent the correct item.

Brilliant, good customer service on phone,easy to order on line and goods were with me within a day and a half 1st class service!!ordered after 6pm on a Thursday delivered by 8.30a.m.on the Sat.
