Dear customer, I’m sorry to hear that your order has not reached you. Unfortunately there can sometimes be delays on international orders leaving the country and as such we suggest allowing up to 20 days for international deliveries however I can see from the tracking details that delivery was attempted on 3rd November. Your card provider has been in touch with us with regards the refund you requested through them and this has been processed for you however please do let us know if you would like us to arrange for the neck to be re-sent to you.
