I ordered 2 x Diamond Core Bits, 1 was delivered on time the other has taken more than a week to arrive, I wasn’t even informed when I placed the order that the 20mm Bit was not in stock.

Oh no, Mick! We are so sorry that you were not informed of this product being on order and it not arriving with you promptly. Due to our recent warehouse move, stock levels on certain items were temporarily a little lower than usual.
