As yet, l have not had a decision from direct2flowers but the flower arrangement l sent to my daughter in Australia..l actually got an email this morning saying l was right to choose their company, but still no response as to what they will do about the sad flower arrangement my daughter received on Saturday, just two days ago, I have sent them my order number and words of complaint and as l have already mentioned, all l received was an email saying thanks for choosing them, 84australian dollars is a lot of money to pay, hopefully l will eventually hear from them
