Very pleased with the product and service, very reasonable prices. My brother sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked lovely as the centrepiece for their Christmas table.

Such a shame to receive your negative feedback. We know Eufloria will be disappointed, so far on Direct2florist they had received 12 five star reviews and 1 four star review. sorry to hear you were disappointed with the flower delivery completed by simply flowers. They are very reputable florist and we are pleased the flowers were replaced to your satisfaction. However, it is unusual for us at Direct2florist not to respond to queries, problems or complaints. Please accept our sincere apologies for not picking up on your problem with the order. We work very closely between our office in the UK and our D2F office in Christchurch. As such we pride ourselves on providing excellent service. Great communication telling me my flowers had been delivered in time for a funeral in Australia ordered from the uk with very little lead time available. I would recommend this excellent service.
