We are genuinely sorry that you have been unhappy with your Ditsy Pet collar. As explained in our email correspondance, unfortunately items that have been chewed cannot be returned, this is not classed as a manufacturing fault. As stated in our terms & conditions it's the dog owners responsability to ensure the product is suitable for your pet, we do accept returns for items that are returned in it's origional condition. As a gesture of goodwill we did offer to repair & shorten the collar - which you declined.
