Hi, I am sorry you feel the need to post this. We received your items back yesterday and have confirmed to you in both email and on voicemail that we did indeed send the correct items you purchased. We did not charge you for postage, but like most independent companies, we only offer free returns if we have made a mistake or if the items are faulty. We explained that if we had made a mistake then of course we would have refunded you, but this was not the case. Please ring me in the shop if you need any help or advice with further sizing, or would like any further explanation.
