Thank you for your feedback Jeremy. We understand your concerns about sustainability and we are always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact. While we cannot take back the bags due to logistical reasons, we do recommend reusing them for garden waste or other purposes. As for the pallets, we do recycle them whenever possible, but we also encourage our customers to find creative ways to repurpose them. The service and delivery was good however the quality of the top dressing was very disappointing. It has many lumps in it and very low sand content. Such a shame

Dear Bryony Thank you for your response. Unfortunately the product is so full of lumps and poor quality soil that instead of filling gaps in my grass to allow new seed to come through, it is killing off the existing good grass. Please can you contact me directly to discuss. Thank you.
