It really is a shame that you left a poor review of our service. We are a small company that prides ourselves on providing excellent customer service, and, had you have contacted us in the first instance we would have done everything in our power to get this issue rectified.
You may or may not be aware that there has been ongoing strikes at Royal Mail, causing a knock-on effect with our delivery times. We stated this in our order confirmation emails throughout the month of October. 9 days is an unnacceptable time to wait, however, due to the strikes, our hands were tied.
With regards to the collagen tasting and smelling nice, again if you had contacted us directly, we would have replaced or refunded your order with no quibbles whatsoever. We had an issue with a particular batch of collagen tasting and smelling stronger than usual - it is perfectly fine to consume, however we understand our customers did not like it and we are in the process of recalling this batch
I'd be happy to offer you a replacement tub of marine collagen, as well as a full refund on your order. I hope this gesture goes some way in restoring your faith in Edible Health as a company.
