Dear RabiaWith regards your question about why we don’t use scoops, we have made this conscious decision to minimise our impact on the planet and to reduce plastic waste. We have researched various eco options and analysed the carbo footprints of everything and the bottom line is there is nothing more eco than using a spoon which we already own.We understand this may upset some customers but we hope that, on the basis we have prevented nearly 200,000 scoops from becoming waste in landfills or washed up onto the world’s beaches, they will understand our reasons and values for making this decision. The easiest way to manage your measurements is to find a spoon, measure and weigh the serving size that you’d like to take and then each day simply measure this same amount out. We know it’s not an exact science but neither is our health and a little more or less collagen protein here and there won’t be the end of the world (although plastic scoops could be!).In the same way most people won’t measure their eggs or weigh their steak exactly, being a few grams out on our daily protein will not cause problems. That said, we always recommend you follow the daily serving size and also be sure to know your daily protein requirements and manage this accordingly for your own, personal and unique health needs.Too much of anything can cause problems – even oxygen and water – so always be mindful of your protein intake whilst, at the same time, using a spoon instead of a scoop.Together we can all do our bit for the planet!Your health – and the health of our planet – isn’t built on toxic shortcuts, neither are we.Edible Health is, and always will be, naturally no nonsense! We hope this helps answer your question but if there is anything else you need support with then please just get in touch. We are always here for you.In love, light, laughter and libertyClaudia,Customer Contentment, Edible Health
