Everyone is different, but most of our customers start noticing an improvement after 8-12 weeks of taking our collagen.In the meantime, if you have any questions, issues or need any help then please just drop me a line anytime. Please just remember to take the full dose, every day. Persistency and consistency are key. Collagen is a staple not a supplement. And don’t forget to ensure you are getting enough Vitamin C as this is crucial for collagen production in the body. We usually recommend that you dissolve our Anti-Aging Collagen in milk, yoghurt, or coconut oil, as it dissolves more easily in denser liquids, than in water. Having said this, you can still dissolve it in water, but as you mentioned, it does take a little longer.
