Dear Omair, I am sorry that you felt the need to post a 1 star review with regards to our product and customer service. I take customer service and satisfaction extremely seriously, and have been in full communication with you with regards to the delivery issue. You would have been charged the usual amount when you paid at checkout. l informed you that you would be given a 10% discount in the form of a refund (which has been applied) as well as 10% off your next order as a gesture of goodwill. If you haven't received this refund yet please could you contact me via email to discuss this and I will endeavour to get this rectified immediately. As you can imagine, review like this can be damaging. We are a small family run business, and the issue with the delivery company (which was out of our control) has had a knock on effect.
