Dear Omair, I am sorry that you felt the need to post a 1 star review with regards to our product and customer service. I take customer service and satisfaction extremely seriously, and have been in full communication with you with regards to the delivery issue. You would have been charged the usual amount when you paid at checkout. l informed you that you would be given a 10% discount in the form of a refund (which has been applied) as well as 10% off your next order as a gesture of goodwill. If you haven't received this refund yet please could you contact me via email to discuss this and I will endeavour to get this rectified immediately. As you can imagine, review like this can be damaging. We are a small family run business, and the issue with the delivery company (which was out of our control) has had a knock on effect. I am not sure which emails you are referring to, as I have been in full correspondence with you about your delivery issue since before the new year, and I have informed you what has been happening every step of the way. Not only that, I also issued a full refund to your order and informed you that you can keep the tub of collagen when it arrives as an apology and as a gesture of goodwill. We are a small family run business, and negative reviews such as this one can have a huge impact on us. Once again I am sorry for the delay to your order, but as you were told via email, the delay to your order was caused by an external issue with the delivery company which in turn had a knock on effect.
