With regards your comments about "no communication, no literature, nothing..... there's a disconnect", please would you be so kind as to elaborate further on this? We have been selling on Amazon for 3 years now and have never received any requests for literature or additional communication (outside of our usual customer service), and so it would be exceedingly helpful if you could provide further details so that I can understand your experience more fully and make sure that I amend / rectify matters to your absolute satisfaction. Thanks Corinna. The first line of your reply here would have made a difference. Also, information about other products you do or upcoming that customers aren't privy to, that would make one go back to the site rather than waiting till the next time one needs to purchase same product. In other words, any form of communication from the seller. There's just something "detached" about having just a product in a box sent to you. Maybe you guys are thinking of cost but I think even a generically printed note with your Company info, thank you note or invoice will make a difference. Nothing elaborate. I hope you understand what I mean.

Dear Customer - thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. This is a huge help and I am truly grateful for your valuable feedback. I totally understand everything you mean about providing information, and I agree that a little note or 'point of connection' feels so much nicer than just receiving an item in the post. To explain, as a new business, we are trying to find the best ways of offering an excellent customer experience whilst also being mindful of resources and our eco-footprint on the planet, not to mention cost which ultimately has to be factored into the product price. We have never enclosed notes with our products in order to save on paper etc, and we have tried to develop a way of communicating with our customers via email so that we can avoid any wastage. This is one of the reasons why we also do not enclose a scoop with our tubs because many of these just end up in the bin. That said, you should have received some contact from us in the form of an email following your sale. This should have come automatically from our website after you made your purchase and should have thanked you for your custom and also offered you our email address if you had any question or we could help at all. Please may I ask - did you not receive this? If not, I can only apologise and assure you that I will investigate it immediately if you did not get this. So, it is really challenging to find a balance between a wonderful customer experience and also being eco and cost conscious and ensuring we keep our prices as low as possible so that our products can be affordable to as many people as possible. I truly appreciate your feedback and I will have a chat with my team to see what we can do. Please could I trouble you to confirm if you received any form of emails from our website post-sale and, if you did not, what type of email would you like to see from us - short/medium/long; just a thank you or more information about us or collagen etc? Yes, I did receive an email confirmation of my purchase but I do understand the reason why you don't have a further info or communication that comes with the product.
