Thank you for your valuable feedback Aiden. Just to clarify, our system marks an order as complete once it is delivered. Naturally, all of our second hand items are sold as seen, and any cosmetic ware & tear would not only be stated in the description, but also will clearly be shown in the photos of the product when ordering. My sincere apologies if the description did not match the photos perfectly. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that hardware would not be aged or showing natural signs of rust. Though I trust your complaint was dealt with professionally and the matter was resolved as we would love to have you shop with us again.
