I order this for Friday so I booked electrian for Saturday but still received when I called delivery company need to wait 6 hours to get back to me

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry about any delays with delivery, unfortunately there have been many delays with all courier companies due to several strikes as well as the general back-log for Christmas. Looking at the order and tracking I can see that this was ordered late in the evening on 30th November and despatched the very next morning, but took an extra day to reach you on the 2nd December. I cannot comment on why DX took 6 hours to get back to you, but I'm sure that they did everything that they could with the mounting pressure that they are under.
