Hi Barry, I have just looked into your order and can see that the DX driver struggled to deliver your order as the country road leading to you was unfortunately completely flooded preventing the couriers delivering your items. We were sent a photo from them when they attempted delivery dated 24/11 which showed the severity of the flooding. Obviously this situation was not ideal and I completely understand your frustration, but please know that both our customer service team and DX were doing everything they could to get your items delivered.
