Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Unfortunately our courier DX had an issue with the access of the property which meant that it was unable to be delivered as per the original request and was re-delivered the following day.

Unfortunately due to the fact that you entered the wrong postcode when ordering online, it meant that your delivery was actually sent out to the wrong address and we have since tried to correct this for you. You requested to cancel this yesterday after us arranging delivery to your new address - which we are happy to do and we have refunded you also.
