That is very reasonable of you, thank you. I apologise for the intemperate language used, I did not mean to say I had been conned that is extreme and not true.
I was not aware it was on a public forum I mistakenly thought it only went back to the retailer and am very embarrassed that these comments went public and am happy to WITHDRAW them. I am not a trip advisor troll and have no desire to harm your business in any way I was just frustrated that I was not replied to when I emailed and when I had paid for express delivery and it arrived 2-3 days later. I fully accept that it was the couriers fault and not yours. Thank you for being so reasonable.
