Unfortunately the delivery times on our website are just estimated delivery times but we do apologise that your item didn't reach you when expected. We can also see that you've been in touch with our customer services department regarding your item - as explained by them, the projector screen doesn't come with a carry case and it's not advertised anywhere on our website that it does. On your selling site you marked it "portable" and generally portable items are sold with carry cases because they have to be portable or at least have it clearly mentioned so that customers are aware or alternatively put additional item suggestions at checkout that can prompt a customer to actually purchase the carry case or at least be aware that it's not included with the purchase. This is how most online sellers of deemed "portable equipment" help their customers not to make uniformed purchases potentially resulting in returns or customer dissatisfication. However, maybe a another positive way of resolving this is for you to let me know the additional price of having this carry case as a separate delivery..... and this would very great. Thanks
