Thank you very much for your feedback and please let me apologise about the delayed phone response. Our team are working from home, and we have been overwhelmed with a deluge of orders for people also working from home combined with higher call and e-mail numbers as a result of delays in shipment through supply and carrier networks which are all adapting to new social distancing ways of working. It has been a major challenge trying to keep up, and unfortunately our customer service has been affected, we have however put measures in place and are continuing to do so by adding additional resource and systems to ensure service levels are returned to normal as soon as possible.
