Many thanks for your review, even though we are very disappointed with a 2 star review!
You contacted us on Christmas Eve to confirm if your order was delivered. The GLS tracking confirmed it was delivered, however you advised that the recipient did not receive it. As the GLS office was closed for Christmas at that stage I advised that I would investigate further as soon as their office re-opened, which is today. GLS have responded (as you will see in the email I forward to you) that they delivered to the wrong address in error.
They are now trying to rectify the situation and in the meantime I have a replacement ready to be shipped out as soon as GLS are back delivering.
I do apologise on their behalf but as I said to you on Christmas Eve I would correct the situation as soon as I possibly could.
