Many thanks for your order and your review. We pride ourselves on our 5 star reviews and we were very disappointed to see your 3 star feedback. Unfortunately we can never guarantee next day deliver (as stated on our website). I took the time to investigate with GLS and their tracking system advises that the recipient was absent when they tried to deliver and they had to go back the next day to deliver and this is what caused the delay. Hopefully the recipient enjoyed your gift nonetheless. Kind regards, John.
