Hi Helen, thanks again for your order and nice speaking with you on the phone earlier. As discussed on the phone your order was only received on Friday and therefore could not have been delivered before the weekend. As it was a Bank Holiday and couriers do not operate over the weekend your order was shipped on Tuesday and was delivered on Thursday which would be normal delivery service. We are very proud of our 5 Star reviews and felt we needed to clear up this matter. Had we received your order on Thursday I'm sure your hamper would have been delivered in the timeframe you requested. Kind regards, John.
