Feedback on quality of hamper was good & delivery was on time but €8 postage fee is extremely high

Hi there, thank you for your order and your subsequent review. We were a little surprised to see that you only gave us 3 stars for our service and quality. We would love to hear more? In relation to your comment about our postage fee being extremely high at €8 we are no more expensive and in fact cheaper than many hamper companies. The €8 fee includes next day courier delivery and the cost of an outer box to protect the contents of your hamper during transit. This fee is the cost to us and we feel that it is a fair price considering our level of quality and service. Love to hear your comments though, kind regards, John.
