Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Cara, my sincere apologies. I've taken a look and found the issue right away: We're based in the UK and don't ship internationally, but it looks like the shipping street address was abroad, possibly in the USA? We did refund the order right away, however, via Stripe. Can you let me know if this didn't come through? I'm guessing you didn't get the refund notification email? I'm sorry we weren't able to fulfil the order, we would love to sell internationally but it's just to expensive to ship pet food that far. Let me know if I can help further Anna
