Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulty navigating the website - although please to see that you did get booked in! We are investing lots of resources into our new website and improving on the customer journey all of the time as there is so much information with many holiday parc's to offer, we need to keep looking at ways of improving how we show our holidays.
