We’re sorry you felt the experience didn’t quite match your previous cruise with us in 2023. Nevertheless we were pleased to see that in the onboard Guest Book you wrote “Despite the WET, WET weather, a lovely trip. Thank You”. Comments from other guests on your cruise included entries such as “Especially grateful thanks to you all for the hospitality that we have loved and enjoyed” and “Heartfelt thanks to all the crew for your kindness, understanding and professionalism on our perfect barge cruise!”
On returning from excursions drinks are served as a matter of course, unless it becomes clear during the week that these are not desired, so if these were not served on occasion we apologise for any misunderstanding. Thank you also for your kind comments about Charles, this season he is captaining our new barge, Kir Royale, cruising the Champagne region!
You mentioned at the end of your week that this would probably be your last cruise but we hope you will maybe reconsider as we would love to welcome you back on board with us.
