Efficient and helpful,but a problem over the use of my multiple currency card was an inconvenience to me.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read that there was a problem over the currency card and this will be flagged with our sales department to improve the sales process. Regarding biking, all passengers are usually encouraged to take bikes, so we will address these comments with the crew of Panache for this year. European Waterways

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some aspects of the cruise. Panache was new to the fleet last year and our itinerary for 2013 has been reviewed and after a full season the crew are more accustomed to the cruise route.
