They were helpful with the booking process. But took no responsibility when we sent a review and had some critisisms after the cruise.

Reservations were not able to make any bookings for connecting flights and gave poor advice on the connections by train from London. It is best, if travelling by train from London, to travel via Lille

Thank you for your feedback. We are not licensed to sell flights but I apologise that you received poor advice on connections and will review our current documents. We do have difficulties providing additional storage in advance because of the sizes of our barges but can sometimes arrange this with the pick up hotel. European Waterways
