Fortunately there are many great technologies that allow for fantastic Wifi connection , even on a moving vessel. I have had many small vessel charters in a variety of places ( some a lot more "rural" than Canal du Midi) and always had a workable Wifi connection. However on Enchante for the entire week it was not possible to download mail, not possible to connect to banking websites , and not possible to connect to an airline site to confirm and issue boarding passes for on ward travel. I had to rely on the various land excursions to get wifi when in a restaurant/coffee shop to get connected and deal with this admin. Given the wonderful attention to detail in all other aspects of the weeks experience , and considering the price point for this exclusive and bespoke cruise I expected that the company would have already solved this and have a workable Wifi connection.. The response above does have a dismissive "take it or leave it" tone, I find this disappointing.
