The food and rink was awesome - the chef was SO talented. We would definitely recommend it to others and would consider another barge trip in the future.

Everything was great except the expectation it will be a more dynamic cruise vs being stuck in the mud (literally) almost on a daily basis

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are really pleased to hear you found the crew and barge outstanding and the price point appropriate. It’s true that our barges cruise at a very leisurely speed (about 3mph) and make slow progress along the canals. In May there might have been more vegetation than normal, owing to the events of the past 2 years, but this will naturally reduce as the canals return to more usually levels of boating activity.
