This is the second trip with EW. Customer service and responsiveness were always first rate and timely. We have two more river barge trips that we intend to take in coming years. .

I am adding to Kara’s comments - my wife and I were 2 of the 12 family adventurers. This trip was perfect, and we all feel we owe our great experience to the fantastic crew. We hit the jackpot with every person helping us on this trip - each doing their best in their part but going above and beyond. We parted tearfully as good friends with hopes we would meet again. All of the details of the voyage were flawless and I would do it all again in a heartbeat. But of course we would love to be with the same crew. Treasure them. Michael. Lefevrem821@icloud.com

This trip was unbelievably special because the crew made us feel special! I'll add to the "crew" the people in the office at European Waterways who easily and readily answered questions. The trip itself was so serene and we adored riding bikes daily and doing fabulous side trips! The luncheon with the Count and Countess was extraordinary! Seriously there are so many superlatives about this trip but I will say the food and wine were so over the top that we swooned at every meal. THE CHEESES❤️ Chef Arnis is a true FIND!!! Our pilot Luke was so congenial and knowledgable and always went above and beyond. Mathias, Catalin, Diana and Mariana were absolutely first rate! Love the barge too! Life time memories!

The best crew we have ever experienced. Have made a number of Viking trips and this was by far better. The crew went out of their way in every aspect.
