Not made clear that return ticket had to be booked for insurance to be valid. Cancelled immidiately but still charged for nothing.

Hi Ronaldo, Thank you for your feedback - I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the terms of the policy. These terms are specified within the policy wording which is available throughout the quote and purchase journey. You do agree to these specifically within the policy declarations when cover is fully purchased. I can see that cover has been cancelled as you have mentioned. Kind regards Rebecca
