Hi James, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are again sorry that the tour you selected was not able to accommodate your group on the date you requested. This is always disappointing and we do our very best to find a suitable alternative in the instance where this occurs. Similar to booking a flight or any other kind of ticket- our website processes the full payment at the time you make the reservation, if we are unable to fulfill the reservation, we make a great effort to find an alternative option so that our guests still get to have a fantastic experience while on holiday and if this is not a possibility a full refund is given. After a few weeks of back and forth with you, we reminded you that we had your funds which had not been applied to a booking so were therefore in a "credit", we also offered that this could be fully refunded to you or applied to a booking. You then asked for a refund and we immediately obliged. I do apologize that you feel you were deceived, I can assure you, our only ambition was to get you booked for a fantastic experience. I do hope you and your family enjoyed your holiday and we wish you all the best.

Our website automatically charges your card the instant you make a booking, the same as buying almost anything else online- we communicated with you momentarily after this and explained that unfortunately the booking could not be accommodated. We found it quite difficult to get a response from you about what you wanted to do and had to chase you multiple times over a month to get an answer. We only held your funds as you said that you would book an alternative tour and did not indicate that you wanted a refund. after a month of following up with you, you finally let us know you had booked something else with another operator and wanted a refund - the moment you asked for one it was processed immediately. We are happy that you have received your full refund and managed to book an alternative activity to enjoy with your family- I hope everyone has a fantastic time!
