We are always disappointed if a customer is dissatisfied by our service, as we strive to do our best and is why our average service score is normally 5 star. Unfortunately this customer resides in the EU and purchased goods from the UK. The delays whilst goods were being held in Customs and import charges imposed by the country where the customer resides, were outside our control.
