RESERVATION WAS EASY AND CLEAR AND HOTELS WERE AS DESCRIBED BY EXPEDIA EXCEPT OUR HOTEL MARRIOTT CANNON WHERE THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH AIRCDITIONS AND IT TOOK 2 DAYS TO FIX

It went well until your system froze and would not go to the last step. My booking did go thru (you sent me an email confirmation), but I didn't know if it had actually gone thru till I saw the email.
