Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you missed your connection, and we were in touch with you at the time to enable you to catch up with your group. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you found this trip a challenge at times but really pleased to see that you felt it was well worth the journey. The Day 18 itinerary had not been changed in advance of your departure as we were still hoping that the Turkmenistan border would have re-opened. Sadly, this is still not the case and we will be updating the itinerary over the next few weeks. The hotel in Dushambe is described as comfortable and we are happy with this description. I am unclear as to what happened with your laundry, but I can’t see that this was brought to our attention at the time.
