Hi Jayne, thank you for your comments - unfortunately the accommodation situation was one that's extremely rare and was sadly unbeknown to Explore until your arrival on tour. I'm confident that the alternative option was the very best available to us at the time, and that we, along with your Explore leader tried our very upmost to minimise the inconvenience to those affected yet we of course appreciate the upset caused. I'm so pleased however that you had a good weekend overall.
