I sincerely apologise that your Explore Leader did not meet the high standards we strive for at Explore. Usually our local leaders demonstrate a passion and pride in their country and really enhance your experience and I am sorry that she fell short. We have taken your feedback into account and will take steps to seek improvement. We have considered including a visit to Kanchanaburi War Cemetery and the Bridge over the River Kwai. Whilst this is included in our Best of Northern Thailand trip, we believe that it would not be a suitable inclusion for a family tour.
