Thanks very much. I fully understand what you mean and will try and improve on the points you've raised. It's not an excuse, and doesn't mean we shouldn't have kept you better informed, but sometimes, as in the case of your CD, an item is listed as in stock but doesn't arrive from the record company, and then we are also left waiting not knowing when it will turn up. Still, I should have let you know that as well. 20 years ago, record companies seemed to have everything in stock immediately and its just not the case these days, - a sign of the times I think..
