Hi, Many thanks for your feedback. Looking at your order history I can't see a previous order for the JH147. The last two orders for AWDis products were for the JH047 which has since, unfortunately, been discontinued by the manufacturer. I have sent you a returns authorisation so you can send the JH147 back to us for a refund and we will relay your comments back to AWDis. Best regards, James C
