The manager was appalling he was condescending and rude and he’s attitude towards myself the buyer was awful. He made the whole buying experience not pleasant and I certainly wouldn’t reccomend Fisks.

I am sorry to read your comments. With a chain situation delays sometimes can occur without any party being at fault. We have not misled you and we have a well documented file on this point. You are clearly upset not withstanding the assistance we provided to facilitate this purchase and the office manager will contact you.
