Hello there, I have taken a look into this and can see it was signed for by Main Reception in the hospital. When delivering to hospitals, our drivers must follow all guidelines and rules in place by the hospital. If our driver is not able to gain access directly to a patient room whether for privacy reasons or any other reason (if a room is shared, is maternity or for health reasons) they are instructed to leave your order with reception staff who will arrange for the blooms to be delivered to the patient internally. Our team of drivers will never leave your order unattended & will not leave it if a patient is not located in the hospitals data base.
